Think of us as your constant traveling companion. We know that your business takes you outside of your office walls, so where you go, we go. Using remote access technology, telephone and email we will provide you with comprehensive, around-the-clock and global technical support.
Teleglobal can offer its clients varying degrees of help desk support that can be tailored to the specific client needs. Telephone support is offered between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday through Friday, with On-Call stand-by available after hours and on weekends upon request. We offer our clients the ability to create and track the status of open issues via an on-line, electronic ticketing system.
